Genotypic Evaluation for Some Agricultural Characters by Single Array Analysis of in The Crosses Pea

Abstract :In this research, F2 and F3 generations of four pea crosses, which identified according to F1 observation on the crosses obtained by line x tester among four pea cultivar and three lines, were evaluated in the 2002-03 growing seasons. Plant height, braches per plant, pods per plant, seeds per pod, hundred seed weight and grain yield per plant characters were estimated for crosses and parents than some genetic parameters predicted with sing array analysis for each characters. Genetical differences were estimated for all investigated traits. Branches per plant was controlled preponderantly by re-cessive genes while plant height, pods per plant, seeds per pod, hundred seed weight and seed yield per plant were preponder-antly dominant genes in crosses. Over dominance was detected from estimates for mean degree of dominance in all crosses. Results from single array analysis implied that B1 pea line might be confidentially used for plant height, seeds per pod and pods per plant in pea breeding programs in future.
