Determination of Mechanic Harvesting Parameters in Some Apple Varieties Grown at Konya

Abstract :This study was carried out to determine some dynamic properties such as spring rigidity and fruit detechament force in apple tree which is important for mechanical harvesting parameters, shaker harvester designing and chosing.The varieties of apple were used in the study as the Starking Delicious, Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apple. Spring rigidity and changes in fruit detechament forces with respect to time were investigated. As a result of the study, limb and truck spring rigidity were changed from 105 to 139 kg/m and from 847 to 1328 kg/m, respectionaly. Fruit detechament forces with respect to time decreased from 3.03 to 0.87 kg. where as the differences among apple warieties in respect of fruit detechament forces insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P 0.05);.
