Abstract :This study was conducted to determine the effects of use of increasing amounts nitrogen (0, 10, 20, 40 and 60 kg N/da ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, urea and 0, 1000, 2000, 4000 and 6000 kg/da barnyard manure) on Fe and Zn contents in the spinach plant leaf and leaf stems grown under greenhouse conditions as in winter in clay loam and sandy loam soils. The effects of soil texture, fertilisers, doses and interactions have been found on Fe and Zn contents of plant in 1% level. It has been determined the effect of clay loam soil as higher. In the leaf has been evaluated the highest Fe and Zin content with barnyard manure and the leaf stem has been evaluated the highest Fe and Zn content with mineral fertilisers. Keywords : : Demir, çinko, ıspanak, azot, tekstür.
