Abstract :With the increasing mechanization in the agricultural sector, an increase in the production of agricultural machinery and equipment is provided. Rapidly increasing industrialization and technological developments increase the dangers to the health and safety of employees. In this case, the concept of “occupational health and safety phrase, which expresses the works carried out to protect the employees from the negative conditions that occur during the execution of the work, to ensure the continuation of production and to increase productivity, also gains importance. The main purpose of this study is to examine the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises in terms of occupational health and safety in Konya. Five medium-sized factories producing agricultural machinery were visited and observations were made in the working environment. In this study, it is investigated that these enterprises which are classified as “Dangerous Fine are analyzed by using Fine-Kinney Risk Analysis Method and measures are taken against risks. Foreseeing the dangers and risks in the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry sector will gain success in the management of the companies and will allow the companies to be prepared for emergencies at any time.
