Abstract :Turizmi de içine alan Mesleki Eğitimde darboğazlar yaşanmaktadır. Problemlerin aşılmasında konunun geniş kesimlerde tartışılması ve bir konsensüse varılması gerekmektedir. Mesleki eğitimin endüstri ile işbirliği halinde yürütülmesi ortak kanaat olmakla beraber kontrol ve organizasyonunun henüz sağlanmadığı gözlenmektedir. 2002-2003 öğretim yılında ilk uygulaması yapılan METEP Projesi bu konudaki problemleri aşmaya yönelik çalışmaların önemli bir aşaması olarak görülmektedir. Bottlenecks have been experienced in vocational education including tourism. To overcome the problems, the subject should be discussed in a wide-range of specialists and a consensus should be reached. Though it is a common belief that vocational education carried on with the coordination of industry, it is observed that the control and organisation haven’t been achieved yet.
