Abstract :Bu araştırmada okul müdürlerinin göstermekte oldukları yöneticilik beceri düzeyleri ile eğitim ihtiyaçlarını saptamak, ilgili (eğitim) kurumlarının bu ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda hareket etmelerinin sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için de okul müdürlerinin beraber çalıştıkları öğretmenlerin beklenti düzeylerinden yararlanmak üzere onların görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. This study aims o determine the level of performance of school directors working in their educational needs,and to help the related governmental offices take the necassary precaution with regard to these needs.Thoughts of teachers were asked about the way teachers conceive the behaviour of directory with whom they work and their expectations from directors.
