Abstract :Özet: Araştırmada, 2009- 2010 yılında uygulamaya konulan Sosyoloji öğretim programının öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda uygulamada karşılaşılan güçlükler üzerinde durulmuştur. İstanbul, Düzce, Aydın, Bursa, Kayseri, Amasya, Kütahya, Diyarbakır, Mersin, Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, Tokat, Konya, Kars, Edirne, İzmir, Adana, Ankara, Muğla, Sakarya, İzmit ve Elazığ illerinde amaçlı örneklem yoluyla seçilen 230 sosyoloji öğretmenine 45 maddeden oluşan 5’li likert tipi ölçek geliştirilerek uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Bu görüşler doğrultusunda programda yer alan eksiklikler tespit edilmesi ve programın yeniden yapılandırılmasında fayda sağlaması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada, ortaöğretimde uygulanan sosyoloji müfredatının sosyoloji öğretimi için yeterli olduğu fakat Sosyoloji öğretim programının uygulanması için hazırlanan ders kitaplarının yeterli olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Sosyoloji, Sosyoloji Öğretim Programı, Öğretim Programı, Ölçek Abstract: This research as well, it is given point to the difficulties met with the application about -the Sociology Curriculum- by the means of the consideration with the teachers’ opinions’.‘The ‘likert- type with -the five-scale’ consisting of 45 articles has been applied by being developed’ to 230 sociology teachers chosen by the method of ‘achieved sample’ in following cities: İstanbul, Düzce, Aydın, Bursa, Kayseri, Amasya, Kütahya, Diyarbakır, Mersin, Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, Tokat, Konya, Kars, Edirne, İzmir, Adana, Ankara, Muğla, Sakarya, İzmit and Elazığ. The general carding model has been applied in the research. Orientation of these opinions achieved by teachers, this; is aimed that, ‘the failures taken place in the programme are to be fastened down/fixed and benefit is to be provided in the reconstruction of the programme. The whole statistical settlements related to the research have been analyzed in the ‘computer-medium’. In this study, the sociology curriculum for secondary education, sociology, teaching sociology, but is adequate for the implementation of the curriculum was concluded that not enough prepared for the lesson books.
