Abstract :ÖZET Bu araştınnada ilk ve ortaöğretimde okumaya karşı duyulan ilgisizligin, Türkçe'yi kullanma açısından yüksek ögretime yansıyan yönleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu dönemde okuma ahşkanlığı kazanamayan öğncilerin 'ianlama-anlatma" problemi ile karşı karşıya kaldıkları görülmüştür. Yüksek ögrelimde başarılarının artması bakımından bazı tekliflerde bulunulmuştur. ABSTRACT In this study. the reflections in terms of using proper Turkish language in higher educatian stemming from the luck of interest in reading on the part of the students during elementary and secondary school years were investigated. it was determined that the students who have not acquired reading habits faced comprehension and expressian problems. In conclusion, same suggestions were made to increase the success of the students in higher educatian.
