Abstract :ÖZET 16. yüzyılın sonlarında Van Beylerbeyi olan Mustafa Paşa hakkında yeterli bir bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Van Merkez Sancagı'nda Van Şehri'nin sur içinde yaptırmış oldugu camisi ve buna tahsis ettiği zengin vakıflar ile dikkati çekmiştir. Gurre·j Muharrem 1025/20 Ocak 1616 tarihli vakfıyesinde, cami ve vakıf görevlilerine ödenecek ücretler ile vakıf gelirlerinin nasıl tasarruf edilecegi ayrıntılı olarak izah edilmiştir. Bu durum vakıf muhasebe kayıtlarından da belirli periyotlai halinde takip edilmektedir. Bu kayıtlardan aııla5,ldlgma göre; tuzla geliri sebebiyle her yı! gider fazlası elde eden Muslafa Paşa Vakfı, orta ölçekli bir vakıf görünümündedir.   ABSTRACT We do not have sufficient information about Province of Van Governar Mustafa Pasha who lived in the Iate 16th centLlry. He is famous with building a mosque and its foundations, which were built in the city center of Van. The fees that were going to be paid to the employers who worked in the mosque and its foundatjons was explained with a vakfiye (foundation eertificate) İn detai! dated 20. ı. i 6i 6. These details can be foııowed by foundation accounts for certain periods. It can a1so be understand from these details that Mustafa Pasha foundations seemed to be a medium scale foundation that had more input than output beeause of salt production.
