Abstract :ÖZET Azerbaycan edebiyatı içerisinde oldukça zengin bir geleneğe sahip olan şiir, geniş bir şair nesli ile temsil edilmiştir. Sovyet devri Azerbaycan edebiyatının en önemli şairlerinden biri de Resul Rıza’dır. Azerbaycan edebiyatında 1960’lı yıllarda başlayan değişimin şiir alanındaki temsilcisidir. Şiirlerinde işlediği konuların en önemlileri insan sevgisi, yaşam ve ölümdür. Şairin şiirlerinde insan yaşamı ve insanî değerlerin yüceliği bir üslup ve konu özelliği olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Millî duygular ve vatan konusunda yazdığı şiirlerle de döneminin ve sonraki yılların örnek şairlerinden biri olmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Azerbaycan edebiyatı, şiir, Resul Rıza.   ABSTRACT Having a very rich tradition within Azerbaijan Literature, poetry has been represented by wide range of poets. One of the most significant poets of the Azerbaijan Literature of the Soviet period is Resul Rıza. He is the representative of the changing trend in poetry in the 1960s. The most important themes he employs in his poems are human love, life and death. Huan life and the loftiness of humane values as employed in his poems are attractive in terms of their style.
