Abstract :Öz Mahmut Pehlivan adlı masal Romanya Dobrocası'ndan derlenmiştir. Dobruca'da masal olarak anlatılan sözlü varyant aslında Şah İsmail Hikâyesi'nin bir devamıdır. Sözlü varyant ile yazılı varyantlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada iki metin kesitlerine göre mukayese edilmiştir. Sözlü kaynak tematik yöntemle incelenmiş, masal ve halk hikâyesi arasındaki farklılıklar ile benzerlikler üzerinde durulmuştur. Anahtar Sözcükler : Dobruca, masal, hikâye, değişim, mukayese Abstract The folktale of "Mahmut Pehlivan" is collected from Dobroja. In this study the oral and the written sources of the tale are compared. The original of this folktale is told as story in Dobroja.which is known as the story Shah İsmail. In this research, firstly comparison between two texts. The oral variant of the text is studied using the thematic method.
