Abstract :Epiteliyal-myoepiteliyal karsinom tüm tükürük bezi neoplazmlarının yaklaflık %1’ni oluflturur. Tümörle- rin çoğu majör tükürük bezlerinden, özellikle de pa- rotis bezinden kaynaklanır. Epiteliyal-myoepiteliyal karsinomlu 65 yaflındaki erkek hastanın manyetik rezonans görüntülemesinde sol parotis bezinde dü- zensiz ve heterojen kitle görüldü. Hastaya yüzeysel parotidektomi uygulandı. Yirmi bir aylık takip süre- sinde herhangi bir komplikasyon ya da nüks saptanmadı.
