Abstract :Tiroid metastazı nadir görülür. Öyküsünde geçiril- miş malignite olan hastalarda, primer tümör yıllar önce tedavi edilmiş olsa dahi, tiroid bezindeki masif lezyonların ayırıcı tanısında metastatik lezyonlar gözden kaçırılmamalıdır. Bu yazıda tiroid bezine metastaz yapmış akciğer adenokarsinom olgusu sunuldu
