Abstract :Majör tükürük bezlerinin aplasizi oldukça nadir olmakla birlikte, izole tek taraflı submandibüler bez aplazisi daha da nadirdir. Bu yazıda 55 yaşında kadın hastanın boyun ultrasonografi- sinde tesadüfen saptanan, eşlik eden başka doğuştan anomalisi olmayan tek taraflı sol sub- mandibüler bezin aplazisi literatür verileri eşli- ğinde sunuldu
