Abstract :Periferik ossifiye fibromlar nadir görülen, kemiğin fibröz doku ile yer değiştirmesi ile karakterize patolojilerdir. Bu yazıda, yaklaşık 10 yıldır ağız içerisinde var olan bir kitle ile kliniğimize başvuran 64 yaşında bir kadın olgu sunuldu. Fizik muayene- de sağ üst çenenin ön arkında 5x4 cm boyutunda, düzgün yüzeyli, saplı bir kitle izlendi. Klinik, radyografik ve histopatolojik bulgulara dayanılarak ossifiye fibrom tanısı kondu
