Abstract :Merkel cell carcinoma MCC is a rare, but highly aggressive neuroendocrine neoplasm. It usually affects the head and neck region of the skin exposed to ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Although rare, there are primary oral cavity cases reported in the literature.
