Abstract :ÖZET:Bu araştırmada Erzurum ili tarım işletmelerinde yapılan buğday üretim faaliyetinde kullanılan fiziki üretim girdilerinin miktarları ve birim üretim maliyetlerinin tespiti amaçlanmıştır.Araştırma yöresini temsil edecek şekilde toplam 16 köyden 160 işletme basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve bu işletmelerde 2001-2002 üretim yılına ilişkin bilgiler anket yolu ile temin edilmiştir. İncelenen işletmeler ortalamasında buğday üretiminin 12,85 saat işgücüne, 5,71 saat traktör çeki gücüne talebinin bulunduğu ve 1 kg buğday maliyetinin 375 540 TL olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Calculating Wheat Production Cost On The Farms In Erzurum Province     SUMMARY: The aim of this research is to determine the physical input requirement and production cost for the production of wheat on the farms in Erzurum province. The data used in this research were collected from 160 farms through a survey that were determined by simple random sampling method from 16 villages in the year of 2001-2002. It was found that for the average farm per decar, 12,85 hours labor and 5,71 hours tractor power were needed and 1 kg of wheat production cost is 375 540 TL. Key Words: Wheat, Cost, Erzurum.
