Abstract :OZET: Bu cal..mada, baz. market ve kuruyemi.cilerden temin edilen 18 kome (cevizli pestil sucu.u) ve 17 kuru incir orne.i toplam aflatoksin (B1+B2+G1+G2) kontaminasyonu bak.m.ndan .nce tabaka kromatografi (.TK) yontemi analiz edilmi.tir. Analiz edilen 18 kome orne.inin 8�finde aflatoksin belirlenmi. ve miktarlar. 1,8-13,2 ƒÊg/kg aras.nda de.i.mi.tir. 17 incir orne.inin ise 5�finde 4,1-33,9 ƒÊg/kg aras.nda de.i.en miktarlarda aflatoksine rastlanm..t.r. .ncelenen toplam 35 orne.in 12�fsinde (%34,3) aflatoksine rastlanm.. ve miktarlar. 1,8-33,9 ƒÊg/kg aras.nda bulunmu.tur. Anahtar kelimeler: Kome (cevizli pestil sucu.u), kuru incir, aflatoksin The Study for Aflatoxin Contamination of Kome (Dried Fruit Pulp Sausage with Walnut) and Dry Fig Samples Sold in Erzurum, Turkey   ABSTRACT: In this research, 18 kome (dried fruit pulp sausage with walnut) samples and 17 dry fig samples sold in some retail markets were analyzed for the total aflatoxin (B1 + B2 + G1 + G2) using Thin layer chromatography (TLC) method. It was determined that 8 of kome samples, and 5 of dry fig samples contained aflatoxins. The presence of total aflatoxin was detected in concentrations ranging between 3.5 and 33.9 ƒÊg/kg of dry fruits. The very high level of the total aflatoxin (33.9 ƒÊg/kg) was determined in a sample of dry figs. Key words: Kome (dried fruit pulp sausage with walnut), dry fig, aflatoxin
