Abstract :ÖZET : Bu derlemede lipidlerin temel yapıtaşları olan yağ asitlerinin önemi ve balıklardaki fonksiyonları ile ilgili son yıllarda yapılan çalışmaların sonuçları üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha faydalı olur düşüncesiyle, farklı amaçlarla yapılan çalışmaların sonuçları ayrı ayrı ve bir bütünlük içerisinde değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler : Balık, yağ asidi, doymamış yağ asitleri The Importance of Fatty Acids In Fish ABSTRACT : In this review the importance and function of the fatty acids in fish that are the basic structures of lipids have been summarised. In order to obtain maximum benefit from this research the results were interpreded by itself and presented in a whole context. Key words: Fish, fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids
