Abstract :ÖZET: Yüzyılımıza gelinceye kadar yüzeyallı drenajı amacıyla açılmış olan hendeklerin tabanında su akışı için nispeten stabil bir yol oluşturmada çeşidi malzemeler kullanılmıştır. Bunların arasında çalı demetleri, odun kütükleri, ahşap kutu drenler ve taş drenler sayılabilir. Günümüzde arıık bu ilkel drenler yerlerini kil künklere, beton büzlere ve 19601ı yıllardan itibaren de plastik borulara bırakmışlardır. Gelişmiş ülkelerde bu boruların imal ve kalite kontrolünden döşenmelerine kadar uyulması gereken bir dizi Standard da hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada yurdumuzda üretilen kıvrık çeperli plastik dren boruları TS 9128'de öngörülen bazı deneylere tabi tutulmuştur. Söz konusu araştırmada 80 ve 125 mm anma çaplı borular kullanılmış ve bu borulara "Darbe Deneyi" ile "Şekil değiştirme Deneyi'' uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesinde her iki borunu/ı da Standard da öngörülen istemleri karşıladıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. İn ıhe developedcountries several standards have been preparedfor these subsurface drainage conduits ın order to control from manufacıuring and çuality to their inslallations. în this study, corrugaıed plastic drain (ui)es, which are produces in our country, were lested according to TS 9128. The tubes which have 80 and 125 mm ouiside diameters were used and "impact test" and "deformation test" were applied to them. Aj a resutı of an analysis of the daıa obıained from the tesis, it was concluded that, the both two lubes w ere in conformiıy w-iıh ıhe standards.
