Abstract :ÖZET ılmi çalışmalarda, çoğu zaman, müteşebbisfaktörü ihmal edilmiştir. Aslmdp, tarımsal üretim kaynaklarının tahsis ııe kullanımında, bufaktörün Içarar ve müteakip davranışlarının önemli rolü olduğu bilinmektedir. lşletmeci-çiftçinin başarısında tecrübenin, eğitimin, yaşam şeklinin, şahsi karakter/erinin, sosyo-ekonomik davranışlarının etkili olacağı düşüniiJebilir. Oretim fonksiyonları yardımiyle, tarım i.şletmelerinin ekonomik analizi yapılırken, müteşebbise ait bazı özellikleı i de bufonksiyonlarda göstermek ve bunlarm üJ'etimdeki etkilerini saptamak mümkündür. Bu, fonksiyonel Üretim bağıntilarında, .dummy deği.!jkenlerle gerçekleştiri/ ebi/mektedir. Bu çalışmada, logaritmik Cobb-Douglas tip; üretimfonksiynnları kuIIan.ılmıştır. Fonksiyonlarda bağımlı değişken olarak alman tarım işletmelerifıdeki gayrisaf hasılaya, üretimde kullamlan tohum, gübre, alet-makina, hayvancılık girdileri gibi faktörlerin yanısıra, müteşebbisçiftçilerin eğitim ve yaşlarının etkileri de araştırılmıştır. SUMMARY The management factor has mostly been neglected iıı '.scientific studies. But it is a known tact that the initial decision and subsequent behavioı of this factor has an important role in the allocation and the use of resourees. İt can alsa be assumed that expedenee, educatian, the way of ,life, personal charaeteristies, and the soeioeconomical behavior of a farm manager have an effect on his, success. When the economical analyses of the farms are done by means of production functions, it is possible to inciude same characterİstics of the managers in these fUı1ctions and determine their effects on the production. This can be realized by dummy variables in the produetion functiotls. In this study, logaritmie CobbDouglas typeof production functions have been used. The effect of the level of education, and the age of the farınmanagers along with the factors such as seed, fertilizer, machinery, and livestaek inputs on the gross income that has been taken as the dependent variable in the functions has been examined.
