Green synthesis and structural characterization of ZnO nanoparticle and ZnO@TiO2 nanocomposite by Cinnamomum verum bark extract

Abstract :In this work, we present a facile and efficient approach for the green synthesis of ZnO@TiO2 bimetallic oxide nanoparticles by exploiting the potential of Cinnamomum verum bark extract as a biogenic reducing agent. The synthesized nanoparticles were subjected to a comprehensive characterization process comprising various spectroscopic techniques. These techniques include X-ray diffraction analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Based on the results obtained, it highlights the potential of green-synthesized ZnO@TiO2 nanocomposite as a promising material for analytical applications.
