Abstract :Dic hcrvorragendcn Fundc der nenen amerikanischcn Gra- bungen in Gordion erfbrdcrn einc nene SteJlungnahme zur Chronolo- gie und zur kunstgeschichtlichen Rolle der phrygischen Kunst. Jahrhunderts im Gebrauch war1 2 3, ist cine Revision der bishcrigen Einstelhıngcn notvvendig gcwordcn.
