Abstract :In the article author regards how dominant cultures in the process of development influence to other cultures and how these cultures correlate with each other. History shows that there existed many bilingual or trilingual countries. The author tries to reveal preconditions of formation of this phenomenon. Along with it she analyzes the situations when in one state along with native languages acts other languages as a result of influence of foreign cultures. As an example of such situation it was considered Turkic people who could spoke either in Arabic and Persian.
