Abstract :MAS\`ın geliştirilmesi ve arpa ıslahında uygulanması geri melezleme ve pedigri ıslah yöntemlerindeki etkinliğini artırmada büyük yarar sağlamaktadır. Dahası, basit ve karmaşık bir çok özelliklerin genetik kontrollerindeki bilgilerimizi geliştirmektedir. Bu bilgi birikimi, gelecekte arpa ıslahını kolaylaştırmak için gerekli olan daha özenle planlanan melezleme ve seçim stratejilerine dönüştürülmelidir.
