Abstract :Kompleks böbrek taşlarının tedavisinde retrograd intrarenal cerrahi ve perkütan nefrolitotomi monoterapilerinin dezavantajlarının üstesinden gelebilmek için eş zamanlı olarak her iki yöntemin uygulandığı endoskopik kombine intrarenal cerrahi yeni bir cerrahi tedavi olarak önerilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu yöntem renal kalisiyel sisteme eşzamanlı antero -retrograd yaklaşımı birleştirir ve kompleks böbrek taşlarının tüm idrar yolu boyunca tek aşamalı ve tek erişimli tedavisini hedefler.
