Abstract :Anahtar sözcükler: Osteokondroma, Mandibular Hiperplazi, Kondil tümörü Mandibular kondil osteokondromalan son derece nadirdir. 38 ve 48 ya şlarında iki kadın ve 49 yaşında bir erkek hasta mandibular kondil osteokondromu tanısı konularak kliniğimize yatırıldı. Hastalara genel anestezi altında preaurikülar insizyon sonrası subfasyal teknikle kondil rezeksiyonu yapılarak başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilmiştir. Hastaların başlıca şikayeti yüzde asimetri, maloklüzyon ve ağrıydı. Key words: Osteochondroma, Mandibular Hyperplasia, Tumor of the Condyle Osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle is 38 and 48 years old women and 49 years old man, of osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle, causing severe facial asymmertry, malocclusion and pain, were successfully treated with condylectomy through preauricular approach and subfacial technique. Neither intermaxillary fixation nor condylar replacement were performed and free diet was advised for the early postoperative days. previously reported cases is given.
