Abstract :ÖZET Netice olarak endodontik başarısızlığa sebep olarak yetersiz diagnoz, yetersiz prognoz, teknik zorluklar veya dikkatsizliği gösterebiliriz. Yanlış bir diagnozu da ancak tek bir testle insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(mesela Rontgenolojik tetkik veya vitabile testi veya ısı testi); tespit etmemize rağmen kombine bir testle bu yanlış diagnozu doğru yöne yöneltebiliriz. SUMMARY In conclusion we can say that failures in endodontics may due to poor diagnosis, poor prognosis, technical difficuities, or carelessness; A correct diagnosis is not always possible, regardless of tests used A combination of tests rather than dependence upon a single test such as radiographs electric pulp test, thermal test etc. will help prevent a misdiagnosis.
