Abstract :ÖZET Bu araştırmada; fare fibulasında meydana getirilen kırığın primer kallus teşekkülü devresinde, tatbik edilen muhtelif preparatların kallusa olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu preparatardan, Anabolizanların kallustaki hücresel aktiviteyi arttırdığı, Anabolizan ve C vitamini kombinasyonunun, kallustaki kollagenleşmeyi önemsenecek derecede yükselttiği tesbit olunmuştur. SUMMARY In this study, the effect of Androgen steoroid and vitamin C on the primer callus formation of rat fibula has been tested alone or in combinations. It is convincingly obvicus that anabolic effect of primobolan depo tinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(An androgen Steoroid); seems to increase condroblastic activity. On the other hand, collagen formation seems to reach utmost when vitamin C and androgen steoroid is administered together, vitamin C when administered alone show an average collagen production.
