Abstract :Anahtar Kelimeler: Sürme gecikmesi, Gömük diş. Bu çalışmada, sürekli dişlerde sürme gecikmelerine neden olan genel ve yerel etkenler kısaca gözden geçirildikten sonra 25 adet sürmemiş dişin saptandığı 9 vaka etyolojik nedenlerine bağlı olarak gruplara ayrılmıştır. Bu vakalarda, sürekli dişlerin sürme gecikmelerine neden olan yerel etkenler şunlardır: - Diş dizisinde yer olmaması. - Erken süt dişi çekimleri, - Zamanı geldiği halde düşmeyen süt dişleri. - Sürekli dişlerin ektopik pozisyonu, - Travma, - Artı dişler, - Kist ya da tümör gibi yerel patolojik etkenler. Key Words: Delayed eruption. Unerupted tooth. In this paper delayed eruption of permanent teeth due to general and local etilologic factors are examined and 9 cases with 25 unerupted teeth are divided into the groups according to the etiologic factors. The local etiologic factors which has been caused delayed eruption of permanent teeth in these cases were; â–  Deficieny between the denial arch length and mesio-distal dimension of teeth, â–  Premature loss of deciduous teeth, â– Prolonged retention of deciduous teeth, â– Ectopic position of permanent teeth, â–  Trauma, - Super numerary teeth, - Local pathological diseases as cyst or tumour.
