Abstract :A case of pancreatic cyst in a 9-year old child is reported that for the first time manifested itself as painful abdominal syndrome. The potential of ultrasound study, CT regime for diagnostics of this pathology is illustrated. The method of its endoscopic treatment is described with reference to indications and results of relevant research.
