Abstract :This paper presents an analysis of an M/M/2/N insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(capacity N);queueing system with balking, reneging, feedback and two heterogeneous servers.By using the Markov process method, we first develop the equations of thesteady state probabilities. Then, we give some performance measures of thesystem. Finally, we present some numerical examples to demonstrate how thevarious parameters of the model influence the behavior of the system
