Abstract :Aim: This study examined the factors that affect Generation Z nursing students\\\' attitudes toward evidence-based nursing and innovation levels. Material ve Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 570 out of 859 students enrolled in a state university. Data were collected using the Attitude Scale toward the Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students and the Individual Innovativeness Scale. Results: The mean total score of the Attitude Scale toward the Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students was 80.33±9.45. The mean total score of \\\" Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students \\\"and “Individual Innovativeness Scale\\\" was higher in female students, those who read nursing articles, students who attended scientific meetings, and those who followed evidence-based nursing. The mean total score of the Attitude Scale toward the Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students was higher among students aged 22 and older and students who took an evidence-based nursing course. Conclusion: Certain groups of students exhibited low attitudes regarding evidence-based nursing and innovation. It is important to determine students\\\' attitudes toward evidence-based nursing and innovation to help improve students\\\' perspectives on these issues within nursing education programs.Keywords : Kanıta dayalı uygulama, Kanıta dayalı hemşirelik, Hemşirelik, Yenilikçilik
