Abstract :Septorinoplasti sonrası hipoglossal sinir felci nadir bir komplikasyondur. Bu makalede septorinoplasti ameliyatı sonrasında tek taraflı geçici hipoglossal sinir felci gelişen bir olguyu sunduk. Bu olguda hipoglossal sinir felcine yol açabilecek bir patoloji bulunamadı ve bu durumun transoral entübasyon sonrası trakeal tüpün veya kafının hipoglossal sinirin geçtiği bir alanda bası yapmış olmasına bağlı olabileceği düşünüldü.
