Abstract :Transversus abdominis plan TAP bloğu, alt abdominal cerrahi sonrası, akut postoperatif ağrı tedavisinde kullanılan abdominal saha bloklarından birisidir. Karnın antero-lateral bölgesinde yer alan internal oblik ve transversus abdominis kas arasındaki anatomik nörofasiyal boşluğa, torakal interkostal T7-T12 ve birinci lomber L1 sinirlerin ön dallarını bloke etmek için lokal anestezik ajanların uygulanması işlemidir. TAP blok, postoperatif ağrı kontrolünde iyi bir yöntem olabilir. Bu yazıda TAP blok ile ilgili son bilgiler derlenmiştir.
