Abstract :SSCB dağıldıktan sonra Rusya, özellikle Orta Asya ülkelerini yeniden bir arada tutmak için entegrasyon çabaları neticesinde Avrasya Ekonomik Birliği’nin kurulması için çaba sarf etmiştir. Bu çalışmada Avrasya Ekonomik Birliği’nin bünyesindeki Avrasya Gümrük Birliği’nin tarihçesi ve bu birliğin Kırgız Cumhuriyeti’ne sağlayacağı pozitif katkılar veya negatif yönlerini anlatma gayretinde olacaktır.
