Abstract :The agricultural sector worldwide has a high level of unregistered employment due to its challenging inspection and control compared to other sectors. Accordingly, migrant workers constitute a significant part of the agricultural sector. Considering migrant workers as a source of cheap labor contributes to the issue of migrant children in the agricultural sector, where they are often employed. Seasonal agriculture, an important branch of agriculture, affects the integration of migrant children into the host country. Working conditions and education and health status of migrant children are a concerning issue in Türkiye. Thus, this study aims to investigate the current status of migrant children in the seasonal agriculture sector in Türkiye in terms of their working conditions, education, and health. Findings suggest that the problems of migrant children in a seasonal agricultural sector in Türkiye are heavy working conditions, inadequate housing and nutrition, limited access to formal education opportunities, isolation from the host society, and language problems. To provide optimal development for migrant children and facilitate healthy integration into the host country, it is crucial to address language barriers and expand formal education opportunities. Keywords : Sosyal Politika, Mevsimlik Tarım, Sığınmacı İşçiler, Sığınmacı Çocuklar.
