Abstract :This exploratory study examines the multifaceted roles of university museums in Wales, focusing on their historical development, collections, public engagement, accessibility, and contributions to research and teaching. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research draws on content analysis of publicly available resources and structured interviews with museum staff to address key questions about the evolution, function, and challenges of these institutions. Findings reveal that museums located at the universities of Aberystwyth, Swansea, South Wales, and Bangor play a critical role in preserving academic heritage, engaging diverse audiences, and supporting interdisciplinary learning and research. Despite ongoing challenges, such as funding constraints and shifting institutional priorities, these museums are adopting innovative strategies, including regional and international collaborations, to enhance their impact. The study underscores the importance of continued support from both academic institutions and cultural policymakers to ensure these museums\\\' long-term success and their contributions to the cultural and educational landscape of Wales. Keywords : Üniversite Müzeleri, Galler Müzeleri, Galler, Müze Çalışmaları
