Abstract :In this study, the total amount of phenolic substances and antioxidant activity were determined in the extracts obtained from tree barks of 3 coniferious insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(scots pine, spruce, cedar); and 8 deciduous insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(poplar, chestnut, oak, pseudoacacia, beech, eucalyptus, iron and mimosa);. The tree barks were extracted with alcohol: benzene insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1: 2 v / v); solvent according to TAPPI T 204 cm-07 standard. The antioxidant activities insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AA); of the extracts were determined by the capture activity of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl hydrazyl insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DPPH); radical. The total amount of phenol in the contents of the extracts insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TPM insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(mg-GAE / g-DL);); was determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu method. It also provides information about the antioxidant activity of the extract due to its total phenolic substance dependence on oxidation-reduction reactions and the total amount of phenolic substance in the bark extract has a linear relationship between TPM insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(mg-GAE / g-DL); and antioxidant activity insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AA);. Compared to coniferous tree barks; higher tannin content and antioxidant activity were determined in the leafy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(excluding beech); bark extracts. The highest TPM insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(mg-GAE / g-DL); and AA were found especially in the extracts of mimosa insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Acacia Dealbata L.);, iron insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Casuarina equisetifolia L.);, oak insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Quercus pontica L.); and poplar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Populus tremula L.); species. Keywords : Antioxidation activity, Extraction, Tree bark, polyphenols analysis
