Abstract :Satoyoshi sendromu, postnatal başlangıçlı nadir görülen multisitemik tutulumu olan bir nöromusküler hastalıktır. Ağrılı kas spazmları ile karakterize bu sendromda, kas spazmlarına sekonder ortopedik bozukluklar gözlenebilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, Satoyoshi sendromu tanısı olan 12 yaşında kız olguda gözlenen distal femur büyüme plağında meydana gelen değişiklikler ve buna sekonder gelişen patellar instabilite durumu özetlenmektedir.
