Abstract :İslâm hukukuna göre evliliğin amacı, neslin devamı ve toplumu ifsat eden zinadan muhafazadır. Bu bağlamda İslâm’da evlilik kurumu önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu nedenle şartlarına ve rükünlerine uygun olarak gerçekleştirilen evlilik, zinadan ve nesep farklılığından doğabilecek problemlere karşı önlem niteliğinde olup, sağlıklı toplumların oluşmasında temel teşkil etmektedir.
