Abstract :Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determining levels of organizational climate and organizational trust and to analyze the relationship between them in healthcare institutions. Study Design: This was a cross sectional study. The study population consisted of two public hospitals operating in Istanbul. There were 2663 permanent healthcare professionals employed in these hospitals. A sampling selection was not determined and we tried to reach all professionals who agreed to participate in the study. There were 801 professionals accepted in the study, 396 questionnaires were completed return rate 49.5% with a 95% confidence interval. Results: The organizational climate mean score was 2.76 ± 0.42 and the organizational trust was 2.98 ± 0.71.
