Abstract :Alcohol and substance abuse is a health problem that can affect the whole of society, especially young people in our country as well as all over the world. The addiction which develops through the use of drugs and stimulants, affects the physical, psychological, social, sexual and reproductive health of an individual. Addicted women are under the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, adolescent pregnancies, unwanted and/or unplanned pregnancies, verbal, physical and sexual violence in relation to their high-risk actions. All these risks expose alcohol-drug addicted women to reproductive health problems. In this article we discussed in detail alcohol and drug abuse and reproductive health problems in women
