Abstract :Purpose: In this study, the relationship between gestational week, number of pregnancies and fear of childbirth was investigated. Patients and methods: The study was conducted between January 2018 and November 2018. The Childbirth Fear – Prior to Pregnancy scale Turkish version was filled for the pregnant women who applied to Muş State Hospital Pregnancy Information Class. Results: In the third trimester of pregnancy, those receiving education of fear that ‘they might panic and not know what to do during labour & birth.‘ p = 0.012 and p = 0.004, respectively .
