Abstract :In this study Hieracium pannosum BOISS. morphological, anatomical and karyological features of the species were investigated. The samples were collected from Manisa Spil Mountain. The findings were compared with previous studies. We observed some changes in the morphological measurements of the species examined in the flora of Türkiye. In the anatomical studies, root stem and leaf characteristics of the species were determined. The body of the plant has a rounded shape in cross-section and contains 5-15 ordinary cortex layers. The body is self-parenchymatic. Palisate and sponge cells are similar in leaf mesophyll. The chromosome number of the species was determined as 2n = 27. Also, karyograms and idiograms were made.
