Abstract :Kosta-vertebral konjenital deformiteler embriyonik dönemde oluşan gelişimsel bozukluklardır. On dokuz aylık kız hasta ünitemize, tekrarlayan bronşiolit nedeniyle başvurdu. Biz bu olgu ile değişik nedenlerle çekilmiş akciğer grafilerini değerlendirirken kemik yapıların da ayrıntılı olarak değerlendirilmesini vurgulamak ve kostavertebral malformasyonların farkındalığını arttırmayı amaçladık
