Abstract :Die Falsche Verdächtigung ist im § 156 im koreanischen Strafgesetzbuch geregelt. Die falshe Verdächtigung besteht aus einem Absichtsdelikt. Mit diesem Delikt ist die innerstaatliche Rechtspflege gegen Irreführung und unbegründete Inanspruchnahme geschützt. In diesem Artikel haben wir versucht, dieser Tatbestand eingehend abzuhandeln und die problematische Fälle vorzubringen.
