Abstract :This Article deals with the prohibition on the production of human cloning and the problem of the advancement of criminal legislature. Medical development nowadays opens up new possibilities. It goes with technological advances und Innovations, and in the meantime not only facilitates the treatment and care of many diseases, but also the production of humans whose somatic cells bear the same genetic information that is cloned. But what happens in the “production” of human cloning and their live? While the industrialized societies are looking at declining birth rates and also labor shortage, cloned people could be used as “replacement workers” in these societies. But is human cloning allowed at all and will our society be ethically and from aspect of justice happy?
