Abstract :Konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon, hamartama- töz veya displastik akciğer dokusunun, immatür bronş ağacından anormal dallanmasıyla oluşan, ender görülen konjenital bir pulmoner anomalidir. Bu lezyonların çoğu- nun tanısı prenatal ultrasonografi ile konulur. Yenidoğan döneminde en sık akut solunum sıkıntısı semptomları ile ortaya çıkar ve anormal akciğer grafi bulgusu veya bilgi- sayarlı toraks tomografisi ile doğrulanır. Burada prenatal tanısı olmayan ve yaşamın ilk günlerinde solunum sıkıntısı semptomları ile kliniğimize başvuran bu vaka sunularak, ender görülen konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyo- nun tartışılması amaçlandı
