Abstract :After the Second World War, while it was expected that a period of peace would be started, the conflict of interest that started between the Allied states re-emerged the danger of war in the world. The ideological differences, which formed the basis of the differences of opinion on how to govern Germany, caused the Western Allies and the USSR to define each other as enemies. The aggressive attitude, that first started with the Soviet blockade of Berlin continued with mutual propaganda and moves, which further deepened the problems between East and West. In fact, a common decision could not be reached on the political and economic unity of Germany, so the Western Allies united the Western Occupation Zones and started the process leading to the establishment of the Federal Republic of Germany. In this study, starting from the end of the Second World War, how the establishment of the Federal Republic of Germany had reflected on the leading newspapers of the Turkish press, Cumhuriyet, Ulus, Akşam and Son Posta respectively.
